Kari Pollert, LMT, LAc
Massage Therapist/Acupuncture
Kari grew up in Steamboat and has spent her professional life healing. She has 31 years of professional experience using effective techniques of gentle but firm pressure and repetition to invite constricted muscles to relax and lengthen again. You will feel the positive results of increased blood circulation and lymph flow, relief of spasms, and greater freedom of movement. Sometimes tightness and pain need to be “worked out” of the body in order to find relief and normal function again. Kari loves to hike, bike and ski, and she bakes and makes brittle second to none.
Jacqueline Teuscher, LMT
Massage Therapist
Since 2000, Jacqueline has supported, nurtured and educated people via therapeutic massage. Her massage is a blend of Swedish, Integrative, and Deep Tissue that addresses each client's individual needs. With athletes, she addresses the specific needs - from tightness due to repetitive motion to acute injury pain, therapeutic massage focuses on what the body needs at that moment to lead you toward healing and preventing further injury. Massage therapy is just as important as active training to maintain prime functioning condition.
